For reasons unknown, KFC decided to let someone else have a go at creating their interactive banner ads.

The results?

    Holy Crap – Waaayyy too much information to be squeezed onto one page.

    But it’s fun none-the-less. We won’t blame the clients too much for being demanding with their information (much)

    Sigh. =P

  3. At least whoever they hired knows XHTML/CSS. Though it’s not valid.

    And I found this weird thing. If you Right+Click on the menu buttons, it’ll react as a Left+Click. -____-

    Haha. That’s funny! I think this kinda ‘experimental advertising’ is dangerous in the long run. Especially with big brands.

    Stupid, annoying banners, like the Amazing Interactive Ping Pong Banner, not only depreciate brand value – because they’re disruptive and don’t add anything positive to the user experience – but also leave people with a ‘silly’ memory of the website.

    I really can’t imagine why anyone would agree to have that kinda banner on their website.
