There was a hell of a lot of buzz about a certain never-ending website last year.

But what is more important to consumers; creating engaging websites like Orange Unlimited’s Good Things Never End or informational websites like Optus?

How do you gauge the importance of entertainment against that of information? Who ultimately decides what’s best for your consumers?
