This is precisely why I strongly dislike Flash Sites.
If you need to have the latest version of Flash Player just to be able to view a site, and you don’t have it installed on your computer, there can only be two outcomes:
A. You download Flash Player 9, install it and reload the page on your browser.
B. You close the tab and forget about it.
Sadly for the apartment, I closed the tab and forgot about them.
Then, I thought about how good an argument for web standards their site would make, and decided to write this post.
I could go on about how Flash works against things like search-engine optimization, but I’m trying to tone down a little on the geek speak today. =)
Well, maybe Flash sites aren’t so bad, after all.

Thanks! But you’re assuming that I actually want to download Flash Player 9. Haha.
